Merry Christmas

It took us a while to get this right. As you can see, Bauer pawed at his hat the whole time and Chloe would hang her head and not move like she was in trouble or something. Anyways...
MERRY CHRISTMAS and FELIZ NAVIDAD!

We went to the Howl with our friends, Will and Tiara. It was way fun. Way more fun then we even expected. This guy looked so much like the real Dwight all I could do was smile. I was going to make a face but I was bedazzled. He was so freaking tall.
This is TJ, Will, and some guy in TJ's creative arts class and yes that hair is home grown. TJ says he always wears this black Pink Floyd leather jacket. He made a good ultimate warrior. For those of you who have taken the creative arts class at USU know that it is a huge class and is held in the auditorium. He came dressed up as the Ultimate Warrior and ran up and down the isles posing. TJ said it was hilarious.

So...originally we were dressing up as a corpse bride and groom, Tim Burton's wedding(Mark and Chelsie's Mia Michaels routine on So You Think You can Dance) but we couldn't find enough stuff that worked so it turned into just looking like weirdos. We had a couple of trick or treaters before we left for the Howl. When I opened the door on some teenagers, they jumped back and said " what are you suppose to be?" I just said a freak. Thats why my parents wouldn't let me go around for candy after I turned twelve. Too much attitude from those trick or treaters. They should just be happy to get candy:)

Memories

As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot...anything you remember! Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty cool (and funny) to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you!

Lions and Tigers and Bears.. Oh My!

We went to the Hogle Zoo last weekend with my family for my nieces 3rd birthday party. We actually had a really fun time. Neither TJ or I had been in years. It was like going for the first time again. We even rode the train (where a lady just left her sleeping baby in a stroller at the train station as she rode). We got a picture inside a hatched egg. Very cool.

We were following around all the little kids and doing all the stuff that they were doing. That is when we got this picture. We are just a couple of Prairie Dogs. And of course the notorious lion drinking fountains. It doesn't matter how old you are you have to have a current picture getting a drink. We missed the ape wall.

Should I?

We went to the DI a few days ago looking for anything that would go with our Halloween costumes... and I found this awesome jacket. I nearly changed my costume plan. I had already started collecting for my other costume so I just couldn't make the change. I don't know if you can truly appreciate this jacket without taking it on a test drive. The shoulder pads were amazing but the half jacket with frill was the best part. I almost bought it thinking I would get to use it another time but I finally put it back on its hanger and put it away.

What the Spider!

I got home from work the other day and TJ was so excited to show me something... Our precious puppies were being naughty and so TJ had to chase them and when he caught up with them, they were really interested in something on the ground. They love to play with grasshoppers so that is what he assumed it was. When he got closer he realized it was this bad boy. I actually wasn't scared of it. If I had found it in my condo I probably would have thrown up but outside it was really cool. If these pictures don't show how big it is, take it from me, it was freaking HUGE. About as big as the one Markelle and I found at work.

College Boy

After moving for the third time this year, we finally feel good about Logan and about Utah State University. Well I should say TJ feels good about USU. We attended our first USU football home game a couple of weeks ago. It was fun except for the fact that we totally suck and lose every time. Still, we played the U and they rock so that and the crowd made it fun. We are actually really excited for basketball season. That is something that USU actually has a chance at.

I am guessing that you have noticed that I chopped my hair off. When my sister-in-law Fredia saw how much I cut off she asked if I donated my hair to locks of love. I had to hang my head in shame, the thought had not occured to me. I don't know if they would have wanted it anyways. I

On September 16, we celebrated our 2nd anniversary. Yeah!! We went to dinner and a movie. Nothing that exciting but we had a good time. TJ got me the Harry Potter series in hardback, and a couple of Dan Brown books. That may sound lame to some of you but I have really started to love reading so I was so excited.

Our Family

We went to Jackson Hole with family this summer. It was a blast!
We weren't able to take our puppies but it was still super fun.

Our puppies are getting so big and kind of obnoxious but we love them.

Our First Post

I am finally a blogger! I kept telling myself that only people with kids had blogs but I decided to create one anyway. I am so computer illiterate that this could be really interesting. Well this is my first blog so I thought I would include a Morton Family picture. We took it this summer at TJ's family reunion.
